Welcome to Cip-Sukha Yoga & Wellness! We are so glad you're here. Sukha is a sanksrit word meaning happiness, ease, or bliss. It is an invitation to find peace and a state of comfort.
CSYW takes a holistic approach to wellness; supporting the mind, body and soul through mindful movement and breathwork. Each practice is intentionally curated to introduce an element of play, challenge, and stillness; guiding you through different states of your nervous system and harnessing practices for self-regulation.
